Built Through Real-World Coaching

I was the Owner and Head Coach of Beyond Fit, a 5,000-square-foot strength and conditioning facility in Austin.


Over three years in person—and more than a decade coaching remotely—I worked daily with adults, first responders, and athletes, scaling Beyond Fit to over 100 active members at its peak while managing injuries, recovery limitations, demanding schedules, and real life.


I also coached at the University of Miami, supporting the baseball program and injured athletes through return-to-play.


These environments shaped how I coach today:

systems over hype, execution over trends, and precision over randomness.
